Hawaiian Pizza

Heat oven to 400°F. On a sheet pan spread pizza dough into a rectangle. Bake about 6 minutes. Remove from oven and top with tomatoes, shredded cheese and pineapple. Bake 8 minutes longer or until crust becomes brown, than add ham slices.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 lb classic pizza dough
• 8 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
• 1/2 lb shredded Freda Mozzarella Cheese
• 1/4 lb Freda Tavern Ham sliced
• 1/2 cup diced pineapple, drained of juices
