Spread a thin layer of Dressing on one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice of Swiss, top with Corn Beef, Sauerkraut and remaining slice of Swiss and top with the other piece of bread. Butter the outside of the sandwich and grill in a sandwich press or frying pan until bread is crisp and cheese is melted.
- 1/2 lb Freda Cooked Corned Beef
- 1/4 cup Sauerkraut
- 2 slices Freda Swiss Cheese
- 2 slices deli rye bread
- Thousand Island dressing
